1 Overall Job Purpose
1.1 Coordinate logistics requirements for vessels, equipment and headcounts and ensures materials dispatch offshore to meet FPSO requirements.
1.2 Responsible for supporting material logistic operations, with the focus of creating a competitive, transparent and sustainable business environment for the Material Logistic scope, aiming to achieve MOSEN’s supply chain and corporate goals.
2 Core Responsibilities
2.1 Coordinate material logistic processes of material receiving, inspection, storage, handling, expedition and loading, assuring identification and sustainable solving of gaps and inefficiencies on this process through the close interaction with Material Logistics Internal Clients.
2.2 Assure the proper transparence of MOSEN SC Material Logistic scope and activities by periodically informing MOSEN SC Management about daily activities, issues, costs, service levels and performance of the Material Logistic Team and scope.
2.3 Monitor the execution of contracted logistic service providers, defining priorities, proper evaluating measurement bulletins, monitoring overtime needs and contract budgets.
2.4 Contribute to the optimization of expenses (budget), through high performance and efficient negotiations.
2.5 Have knowledge and perform the respective tasks of the department according to the processes described in the IMS, communicating your management about divergence of practice x theory for necessary adjustments.
2.6 Assures stock replenishment, by setting Min/Max and implementing ABC classification
2.7 Put in place Stock counting (permanent, cycle counting), define the gap, justify and work closely with Finance department to correct discrepancies.
2.8 Liaise with Port Authorities and issue Customs Letters for materials loadout/backload transiting by the Port.
2.9 Coordinate activities at MOSEN Port Base and ensure good cooperation & communication between MODEC, Client, Services Provider and Port Authorities.
2.10 To be aligned with Company Objectives, Policies, Procedures and integration with Clients, Community, Suppliers and MOSEN respective Team.

7 Qualifications & Experience
7.1 Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree (Administration | Engineering | Logistics | International Relations | Accounting or a related field)
7.2 Certifications:

7.3 Relevant Experience:
8 years’ experience on logistic activities in large scale oil and gas or transformation industries preferable.
