1 Overall Job Purpose

1.1 Responsible for assisting the Onshore Planner as required on managing day-to-day activities that depend on external support (services and / or materials), ensuring that all phases of activity preparation take place as planned, thus optimizing resources such as time and cost, performing more activities and ensuring the preservation of the offshore unit.

2 Core Responsibilities

2.1 Verify and validate the information of the activities that requires external support (service and/or material) from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (SAP).

2.2 Identify Activity Owner and assist them in scheduling and performing the actions required for the activity.

2.3 Integrate planning activities ensuring engineering, procurement and construction schedules and ensuring that activity's goals are met by detailed planning and resource management.

2.4 Integrate internal functions (Operations on & offshore, Technical Departments, HSSEQ,) to ensure timely execution of the activities within budget and quality and to ensure engagement of all key internal and external stakeholders.

2.5 Ensure that all necessary information is completed and reflecting the other systems (CMMS (SAP) and Drake), optimizing the allocation of activities according to predefined criteria.

2.6 Ensure that the process is followed accordingly, being the link between the operation and the support areas.

2.7 Hold regular meetings to present the progress of activities/costs and difficulties, outlining action plans and keeping everyone aware of the KPIs and giving visibility for activities progress for Cost Controllers.

2.8 Proactively contribute to process improvement as it is new and in the implementation stage.

2.9 Closely monitor activities schedule and resources with timely and accurate feedback to operation managers in case of any anomalies identified or unexpected events.

2.10 Ensure that the dashboards with KPIs are correctly updated for all the support and operations areas to have access and be able to make decisions.

2.11 Ensure updated status of all Work Orders in the CMMS and, in the future, in the SAP. Identify improvements opportunities and lessons learned for future development and sharing knowledge along the fleet.

2.12 Manage 1-Year, 90-Day and 28-Day Integrated Activities Plan (IAP)

3 HSSE Requirements and Code of Conduct

3.1 HSSE: Act in compliance with the corporate HSSEQ Management System Policy, the MODEC Life Saving Rules, and the policies, guides, process standards and work instructions available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Act to promote the preservation of the environment, the health and occupational safety (personnel and their team), the safety of processes, and the preservation of assets in their scale of responsibility.

3.2 Ethics and Compliance: In compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as with MODEC Group Ethics and Compliance Policies and Local Procedures, their respective forms, online and live mandatory trainings: is committed to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and obligations and act in accordance with the highest ethical standards and with MODEC values.

3.3 Emergency Plan: As per indication on the Training Matrix, Emergency Management Guide and Offshore Emergency Management, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

4 Financial and Operational Dimensions / Impact and Decision-making Authority

4.1 Complies with Authorization Matrix Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

5 Work Relationships

5.1 As per indication on the Organizational Chart, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

6 Job Challenges and Problem Solving

6.1 Be the link between onshore and offshore for proper planning and execution of daily activities.

6.2 The milestones are the keys for a well-planned activity however to achieve a good result its necessary to engage all involved in the project even with their day by day activities until the end of the project.

6.3 A budget assumption must be used as a principal base to start the planning costs so in case to have a forecast of over budget a mitigation plan must be aligned with OM and the go ahead just can be used with his approval.

6.4 Even if you do not have technical knowledge of all activities, you should have reasonable thinking to help areas plan as well as they can and get the best KPIs.

7 Qualifications & Experience

7.1 Educational Qualification:

Engineering Bachelor's degree.

7.2 Certifications:

As per educational qualification.

7.3 Trainings: Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training Management Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

7.4 Relevant Experience:

• Experience with planning.

• Demonstrate, throughout the career, an ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals. Process Continuous Improvements skills and financial knowledge

• 5 -10 experience in Oil & Gas

7.5 Languages:

Fluent English is required. Fluent French is required.

7.6 Software:

MS Office Package / MS Project / Primavera (P6) / Power BI (required)/ SAP
